*Any student currently enrolled in a fashion program will pay the member fee for the conference: evidence of student status required.

What's Included

We offer several ways to experience the 2026 conference — choose what fits your schedule and goals:

• Core Conference — Full access to all classes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus a ticket to every included social event: the Opening Night Celebration, Keynote Luncheon, Fashion Show, Annual Meeting Banquet, and Farewell Reception.
• Single Day — Choose Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. You can register for a full day or split into a half-day AM and half-day PM — but all sessions must be on the same day. Social events are not included.
• 2-Day Master Class — A pre-conference deep-dive intensive held the two days before the Core Conference opens. Choose one of three tracks. Social events are not included. 
• Master Class + Core Combo — Both packages bundled together, with $150 off when purchased in the same transaction.

Social Events & Guest Tickets

The Core Conference package includes a ticket to each of the conference's social events — the Opening Night Celebration, Keynote Luncheon, Fashion Show, Annual Meeting Banquet, and Farewell Reception. For most attendees, the Core Conference is the most complete and cost-effective way to experience everything the conference has to offer.

Bringing a spouse or travel companion to Kansas City? Core Conference registrants can purchase an additional ticket for a guest through the à la carte option— a great way to share the Opening Night Celebration, the Fashion Show, or the Farewell Reception with someone special.

A few things to know about à la carte tickets:

• À la carte tickets are available to anyone, whether or not you're registered for the Core Conference.
• You may purchase one ticket per event through the à la carte section. 
• If you are a Core Conference registrant purchasing a guest ticket, select the event(s) you'd like your guest to join — your own ticket is already included in your registration. 
• If you are purchasing à la carte tickets only (without a Core Conference registration), please note that the one-ticket limit applies — you will not be able to purchase an additional guest ticket for the same event.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be made no later than September 1st to be eligible for a refund. A 50% cancellation penalty could be assessed. No refunds will be granted after September 1st.

Registration transfers will be allowed with approval of the Conference Committee.

All requests for refunds must be submitted to conference@sewingprofessionals.com and will be considered as to the information provided.
