I am certified in Professional Alterations. I work at home doing alterations and other sewing projects for friends, neighbors, and word of mouth referrals. I also freelance as an on-set tailor for local TV/Commercial/Film. I would like to make my at home business more professional and also freelance on sets more often.

Sometimes, but I also freelance on commercial/tv/film sets

Seamstress, on set tailor...those are the ones I use, but I'm not particular about what people call me.

Professional Wedding Dress fitting

What is your favorite task to do in your business?

Dress alterations

What goals do you have for your business (or yourself professionally) in the next 5 years?

To work more consistently and to continue to grow my sewing skills.

What else should we know about you or your business?

I have had some opportunities to sew for wardrobe stylists and production designers on TV, film, and commercials. I love the exciting pace and the variety of sewing projects.
